- Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya; founder of a law firm specialising in construction, commercial disputes, real estate and contractual matters — advising main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, architects and developers.
- Experienced in PAM, JKR/PWD, CIDB and FIDIC and other construction contracts frameworks across private and public sector projects.
- Strategic pre-litigation, project advisory, payment and contractual disputes, and construction adjudication — including matters recovering sums exceeding RM10 million in a year.
- Advises clients across West Malaysia on corporate matters and complex architectural, civil and structural, and mechanical and electrical projects; also experienced in out-of-court settlement and mediation.
- CIDB Certified Construction Project Manager, Level 6 — completed the programme covering project planning, procurement, contract management, project control and handover.
- Accredited Mediator, Malaysian International Mediation Centre (MIMC), and member of the Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators (MIArb).
