Lanthorn is building an A–Z property sales system. If the traditional model has never quite fitted you, this page explains what we are doing differently — and what we are not promising.
What we are building.
Most property agencies give an agent a project list and a commission split, and leave the rest to them. We think that is why good people burn out and clients get advice of wildly uneven quality. So we are building the whole chain instead — from the project we agree to represent through to how an advisor is trained, supported and developed.

- Structured, not incidental — how to read a project, how to advise on it, and how to say what you do not know.

- Materials, systems and support so that time goes into clients instead of into rebuilding the same collateral.

- A path that continues past your own transactions, for people who want to build something with others rather than alone.

What we do not promise.
No guaranteed income, no shortcut to a large one, and no claim that this is easier than what you are doing now. Building a company from nothing has been hard, and the early years of a property career are hard. What we can promise is that you will not be doing it without support, and that we will be straight with you about where you stand.
